Your 30 days

If the Game is not what you hoped for, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. You do not need to explain yourself.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at mikefitz56+rtib@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days; your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show the credit.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the licence to the Game ends and access on your account is removed. Board maps you have already printed are yours to keep.

Problems instead of refunds

If something is broken — the narration will not play, a map file will not open, your purchase has not unlocked — email mikefitz56+rtib@gmail.com first. Most of these are fixed quickly, and asking does not use up your refund window.
